Senator Kelly requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                     
SENATE BILL NO. 39(JUD) An Act relating to hazardous                           
chemicals, hazardous materials, and hazardous waste be taken up.               
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 39(JUD) was before the Senate on                        
reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                    
shown as a cosponsor on the bill.  Without objection, it was so                
ordered.
